How to use eSIM?

1. When should l install the eSlM?

You can install the esim anywhere. lCC will clear mention in your email when thepackage start, you can decide when you install it.

Kindly note:

If your email states 'Your package will auto start when you install it,' this means that your eSIM plan will be activated automatically once you install the eSIM on your device.

If your email states 'Your package will auto start when you arrival travel detinations,' this means that your eSIM plan will be activated automatically after you arrival travel detinations. Then you can install your eSIM early, the package won't be start.

 

 

2. After installed the esim, my phone show“activating " or" Cannot be activated" or “Failed" or “Unable to activated".

This is a normal status, no worries.

If you are in SG, all the packages cannot use in SG. After arrival travel destinations, You just turn on "Data Roaming" and turn off “Your other line" , then restart the phone when you arrive, it will be automatically activated.

If you have already arrived at your travel destination, please disable your other SIM lines on your phone. Then, enable your ICC eSIM and restart your device. Your eSIM will be activated automatically.

3. What do l do after l arrive ?

Turn on "Data Roaming" for eSlM only. Select your eSIM as the "Mobile Data Line".

lf you encounter any issue (Have 4G/LTE but cannot use data), please folow below step:

1. Turn off your other line in your phone.( You can turn on it later after make sure ICC eSIM works).
2. Follow our instructions to check your APN settings.
3. Change other operator try again.

4. Can I keep my SG card to receive call and use the data from the eSlM?

Please leave phone slot empty (Or turn it off) and activate ICC e-SlM first.

After activation and make sure it works, you can try to put your SG SlM back. Most of time they should be compatible, yet lCC does not guarantee on this and you may need to use SlM alone if it does not work.

Disclaimer: When you are using SG SlM overseas, please make sure to turn off your mobile data for your SG SlM to avoid unexpected roaming charges from SG Telco.

5. Can l top up to Extend/Reuse the eSlM?

You can find it in your email under the QR code.

8. Can l change device for eSlM?

No. Each SlM can only be installed on one device and NOT transferable after installation.

9. What should l do if l only want the SlM to start a few days later in oversea?

You may install SlM later when you want to use.

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time.

Where is my eSIM Order?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 5mins via email, please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
